Username: first_last name, there is an underscore in between, NO CAPS. Example: jane_doe

If your last name is hyphenated or not hyphenated, your user name will remain your first name_first last name, remember the underscore in between the names.

Example: jane doe-smith or jane doe smith, would be: jane_doe

Password: Your ADA number, NO LETTERS
